Where do we ship to?
Currently, we ship exclusively within Indonesia.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for updates as we explore opportunities to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Is shipping free?
Shipping within Indonesia is charged at a flat rate of Rp 20,000.
We occasionally offer shipping discounts through vouchers or promotional offers. Keep an eye out for these opportunities to save on shipping costs when you shop with us.
Where can I find my processing or past orders?
You can easily find your orders by logging into your Account page.
To access your Account page, click on the user icon located on the top right side of our website, next to the cart icon, and you'll have access to your full order history, including both past and in-process orders.
When can I expect my order?
Our warehouse is located in Surabaya, Indonesia, and we typically ship orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them. During peak times, this may occasionally extend.
Each order receives a unique delivery estimate based on its location. Depending on your location within Indonesia, you can expect your order to arrive within 4 - 10 business days after it has been shipped.
We utilize the warehousing and fulfillment services of Kiosk Crew to ensure efficient handling and delivery of your orders.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel, change, or add items to your order once it has been placed.
We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, which limits our ability to make modifications once the order is confirmed.
Can I return my order?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on orders returned within a 2-day window after they've arrived.
To be eligible for a return, your item must include all its components and be in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification and request your bank account number. The credit will be wired to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees or refund original shipping fees.
